cvvv6 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "cvvv6", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the cvvv6 platform and the website located at cvvv6.io.
• "Platform" means the website cvvv6.io, including all pages, features, services, betting markets, casino games, and downloadable materials made available through it.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the cvvv6 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the cvvv6 Platform in accordance with the registration procedure set out in Section 2.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts separately tracked.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, virtual event, casino game, or other outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive amount credited to an Account by cvvv6, which is subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to Bangladesh and used as the reference time for all Platform transactions and deadlines.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the primary currency accepted on the cvvv6 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process cvvv6 may require Users to complete before processing withdrawals or at any other stage deemed necessary.

Access to and use of the cvvv6 Platform is restricted to eligible individuals only. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and will remain satisfied throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. cvvv6 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, place bets, or access any real-money gaming feature on the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of cvvv6 or any of its affiliated entities, technology partners, or game providers.
4. You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by cvvv6 for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for any other reason.
5. You are registering only one Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. cvvv6 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without notice.
6. All personal information you provide during registration — including full name, date of birth, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.
7. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. cvvv6 does not provide legal advice regarding the applicable laws in any specific territory.

cvvv6 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes an immediate and material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Once your Account is created, you are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials at all times. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances.

cvvv6 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive such a request purportedly from cvvv6, it should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

You agree to notify cvvv6 promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. cvvv6 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except where such loss is directly caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

cvvv6 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect: (a) identity fraud or impersonation; (b) use of stolen payment instruments; (c) collusion between Users; (d) use of automated betting software, bots, or any other form of artificial activity; or (e) any other conduct that cvvv6 reasonably considers to be dishonest, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the cvvv6 support team. Pending bets placed before the closure request will be settled in accordance with the normal rules. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

cvvv6 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. cvvv6 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with or without notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the Account Balance in real time or within the processing window stated on the deposit page for each payment method. cvvv6 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same Account, unless an alternative verified method is approved by cvvv6 support following a KYC review.
• cvvv6 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• cvvv6 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal being declined.
• If a User's Account has received Bonus Funds, applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of the balance attributable to those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• cvvv6 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on the withdrawal destination must match the name registered on the cvvv6 Account.

cvvv6 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, cvvv6 may also freeze the Account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

All bets placed on the cvvv6 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published on the relevant event or game page and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

cvvv6 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed on an event that has already started or concluded; (b) the odds or game parameters were displayed in error; (c) there is evidence of manipulation or insider knowledge; or (d) a technical error affected the integrity of the market or game outcome.

For sports betting, minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary by event and user account tier. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. cvvv6 reserves the right to adjust individual account limits without prior notice based on betting patterns.

Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology provided by our licensed game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. cvvv6 does not control or influence individual game outcomes.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the User must contact cvvv6 support within 72 hours of the event result being published. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. cvvv6's decision on all bet settlement disputes is final, subject to the internal review process.

cvvv6 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing Users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds.

General conditions that apply to all cvvv6 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must not be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable as real money.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless cvvv6 explicitly permits otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic betting strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit regardless of outcome ("bonus abuse") constitutes a breach of these terms.
• cvvv6 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds — and any winnings derived from them — if the terms of a promotion have been breached or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Bonuses expire at the date and time specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering conditions are satisfied.

cvvv6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a User has an active bonus in progress, cvvv6 will use reasonable efforts to honour the terms applicable at the time the bonus was credited.

cvvv6 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible via the Account dashboard after login and include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Our team can activate self-exclusion on your Account, which will prevent access for a defined period or indefinitely depending on your request. Users of the cvvv6 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a software error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of corrupt activity related to the outcome of any event offered on the Platform.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity to deposit into or transact through the Platform. cvvv6 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Reselling, transferring, or otherwise commercially exploiting access to the Platform or any content derived from it.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cvvv6 staff or other users through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions, account limits, or any other technical measures implemented by cvvv6 through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or similar tools.

cvvv6 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate against Users who engage in prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content published on the cvvv6 Platform — including but not limited to the cvvv6 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, software, game interfaces, page layouts, text, graphics, icons, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cvvv6 or is used under licence from the respective rights holders.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; (b) modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform; (c) use any cvvv6 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written consent from cvvv6.

Any unauthorised use of cvvv6's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

The cvvv6 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cvvv6 uses reasonable commercial efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate information, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cvvv6 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any inaccuracies in odds, game results, or information displayed on the Platform due to technical faults or third-party data errors; (c) any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where cvvv6 has not been negligent in its security obligations.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit cvvv6's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

cvvv6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cvvv6 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and game suppliers — strictly for the purpose of delivering our services. All third-party processors are required to maintain appropriate data security standards.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by cvvv6. Such requests should be directed to [email protected]. Note that certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes even after Account closure.

cvvv6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cvvv6 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users in advance — for example, by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the address associated with the Account. The continued use of the Platform after any such changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The most current version will always be available at cvvv6.io/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

cvvv6 may terminate or suspend the Platform — or any part of it — at any time, with or without notice, for operational, legal, or commercial reasons. In the event of Platform closure, cvvv6 will use reasonable efforts to return any positive real-money balances to Users via their last verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and cvvv6 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
